===== Create New User Credentials =====


1. Go to http://dokuwiki.v4c.com/

2. Log in as admin

Admin credentials are securely stored in http://vaultwarden.v4c.com/

3. Once logged in, click “Admin” in the top menu.

4. Select “User Manager” from the admin options.

5. In the “Add User” section, fill in the required fields:
User:
Password:
Once again:
Real Name:
Email:

6. Click “Save” to create the new user.

===== Create New User Credentials =====


1. Go to https://calcom.v4c.com/signup

2. Select “Continue with Email.”

3. Fill in the fields: Username, Email, and Password.

4. Check the box “I agree to the Privacy Policy and cookie usage.”

5. Click “Get Started.”

6. You’ll be redirected to a “Check your email” page — you can skip this step; no need to verify the email.

7. Open a new tab and go to https://calcom.v4c.com/getting-started

8. You should see your previously created Username displayed.

9. Fill in your Full Name, select your Time Zone, and click “Select Calendar.”

10. Choose “I’ll connect my calendar later.”

11. Then select “Set up later.”

12. Click “Complete your profile.”

13. Finally, select “Finish setup and get started.”

====== 🧩 Tool: flectra ======

===== Create New User Credentials =====

1. Go to http://flectra.v4c.com/

2. Log in as admin

Admin credentials are securely stored in http://vaultwarden.v4c.com/

3. After logging in, go to Settings.

4. Select Users & Companies → Users.

5. Click “New” and fill in the required fields: Name and Email Address.

6. To save the user, click the small cloud icon (Save Manually) at the top of the page (next to the Actions button).

7. To set a password for the new user:

8. Click the Actions button.

9. Select “Change Password.”

10. Enter the new password and click “Change Password” to confirm.

11. The user can now successfully log in to Flectra using their email and password.

1. Go to: http://limesurvey.v4c.com/index.php/admin/authentication/sa/login

2. Log in using the admin account.

3. After logging in, go to Configuration.

4. Under Users, select User Management.

5. Click Add User.

6. Fill in the Username, Full Name, and Email fields.

7. Set “Set password now?” to Yes, then enter the Password and Repeat password fields.

8. Click Add.

9. You will be taken to the Edit Permissions page. Assign the necessary permissions to the new user.

10. Click Add.

11. The user account is now successfully created.


====== 🧩 Tool: matomo ======

===== Create New User Credentials =====


1. Go to: http://matomo.v4c.com

2. Log in using the admin account.

3. After logging in, click the Settings icon in the top-right corner.

4. From the left menu, go to System → Users.

5. Click Invite a new user and enter the Username and Email.

6. Click Invite User.

7. Matomo will prompt for the admin password. Enter it and click Confirm.

8. You will see a message:
“Invitation has been sent. Resend invite / Copy invite link”
Click Copy invite link.
(You may be prompted again for the admin password — enter it and confirm.)

9. The invite link is now copied. Open a new tab, paste the link, and open it.

10. The page will ask to set the New Password and Password Confirmation for the user. Fill both fields and click Confirm.

11. The new user account is now successfully created.

2. Log in using the admin account.

3. After logging in, click the Settings icon in the top-right corner.

4. Select Users, then click New.

5. Fill in all required fields:
First Name,
Last Name,
Role,
Username,
Email,
Password,
Confirm Password

6. Click Save or Save & Close.

7. Your new user is now successfully created.

1. Go to: http://n8n.v4c.com

2. Log in using the admin account.

3. After logging in, click the blue icon in the bottom-left corner, then select Settings.

4. In Settings, go to Users.

5. Click Invite and fill in:
New User Email Address, Role

6. Click Create Invite Link.

7. n8n will automatically copy an invite link, but it will look like this:
http://0.0.0.0:5678/signup?inviterId=...&inviteeId=...

8. Edit the link by replacing the base URL with your domain:

Change:  http://0.0.0.0:5678/signup?...

To:      http://n8n.v4c.com/signup?...

9. Open a new browser tab and paste the corrected link.

10. Fill in the required fields:
First Name,
Last Name,
Password,
Click Finish Account Setup.

11. Click Get Started. Your new user account is now successfully created.

====== 🧩 Tool: odoo ======

1. Go to https://odoo.vforeseetech.com/

2. Log in as admin

3. After logging in, go to Settings.

4. Select Users & Companies → Users.

5. Click “New” and fill in the required fields: Name and Email Address.

3. After logging in, click Administration in the top-right corner.

4. Select users.

5. You will see all existing users listed in a table. In the column next to the “Chat” column, click the “+” icon on the far right to add a new user.

6. Fill in the required fields:
Id,
Password,
Confirm Password,
Name,
Mail,
Active,
Roles,
Then click Create.

7. Your new user is now successfully created. They can log in to OpenKM using the username and password you provided.

3. After logging in, click the Settings icon in the bottom-left corner.

4. Under User Management, select New User.

5. Fill in the required fields:
First Name,Last Name,Email,Web,Phone,Mobile,Fax,Organization,Secondary Organizations,Department,Address,Password,Password (Confirm),Roles,Active.
then Click Submit.

6. The new user can now log in to Zammad using their email and password.
