8. You will see a message: “Invitation has been sent. Resend invite / Copy invite link” Click Copy invite link. (You may be prompted again for the admin password — enter it and confirm.)
9. The invite link is now copied. Open a new tab, paste the link, and open it.
10. The page will ask to set the New Password and Password Confirmation for the user. Fill both fields and click Confirm.
11. The new user account is now successfully created.

7. Your new user is now successfully created. They can log in to OpenKM using the username and password you provided.

6. The new user can now log in to Zammad using their email and password.
